Short YouTube monologue advising entrepreneurs that what they call 'fear of failure' is actually anxiety about future outcomes. Speaker contrasts fear (response to immediate danger) with anxiety (anticipation of an unfavorable future), illustrates with a snake-at-door anecdote, and advises reframing internal narratives—ask positive outcome questions and visualize success to eliminate anxiety.

If you're an entrepreneur and you think you have a fear of failure, I've got good news for you. It's not actually fear, it's anxiety. And what I mean by that is fear is caution over a real and present danger. When I came home last night, there was a snake right at my garage door. I was like, that was not anxiety, that was fear. But if I'm expecting an unfavorable outcome in the future and I have that same reaction in my body, that's anxiety. And so people who think they have a fear of failure, they actually have anxiety over failure. And the reason you have that anxiety is because you're telling yourself a story that doesn't work out well. So if you want to stop having anxiety over or failure, tell yourself better stories about what's going to happen in the future. Instead of making dead end statements or asking dead end questions like, what if this doesn't work? Ask the question like, how awesome is it going to be when this works? And then create a clear picture of what it's going to look like when you win and all of your anxiety about failure will go away.
