Hi, it's Robin Sharma. I hope you are great. I want to wish you an amazing, healthy, safe, creative, productive, high impact, peaceful, serene 2022. So from my family to yours, I want to wish you all the very best. This is going to be a really quick video, hopefully very tactical. I'm going to walk you through how I have just built out my 2020 in terms of goal setting high value targets. I'll get right to it. Number one, I did a 2021 inventory of my wins. Where did I win personally, professionally, spiritually.
Over the course of last year? And I did three pages of little wins, micro triumphs to really get clear on the positive things and the productive things and the growth areas and the victories that I achieved over the course of the past 12 months. That creates confidence, creates energy, creates momentum, even gives you perspective because given the negativity bias of the brain, especially in the world we live in right now, we focus on the negative versus reality, realizing all the good things that we did have over the past year. Second thing I did, I did a one page paragraph over of my ideal 2022, just one paragraph on one page of what I want next year or this new year to look like by the time December 31, 2022 rolls around. Then I recorded my big five, the five key priorities for for 2022. So I really get clear. I'm a minimalist versus a maximalist that allows me to say no to everything that doesn't relate to those five personal Mount Everests. And it gives a lot of focus, a lot of clarity. After I did my big five, I asked myself what are my five top values for 2022? Beauty, family, growth, service, et cetera. Then what I did was I took the 12 months of 2022 and for each month I carefully recorded my high value targets. Just write down five high value targets that you must achieve for each month of 2022. Finally, I did a drawing of my ideal 2022 over on one page. So it got me into the right part of my brain, spoke to my subconscious, gave me a one page diagram of my ideal year, personally, professionally, spiritually, physically, etc. Etc. So that in a nutshell, has been my process. I also asked myself a series of questions which I've been journaling about. Which is who must I become to have the year that I want? Great question. What gifts and talents am I not celebrating that I must celebrate more often? What are the top five habits that will serve me best in 2022? That could be your 5am Club victory hour it could be your second wind workout, could be your two massage protocol, could be your 60 minute student. And the final question to ask is how may I most serve the world over this new year? Thank you for following my work. If you'd like to go much deeper and have me mentor you in a truly world class program designed to do one thing to help you make this year your greatest year yet. And definitely look at the information below, it'll help you tremendously. Have an amazing day. Have an amazing year.
