Getting More Done In Less Time | Robin Sharma

Robin Sharma shares the Daily Five practice: each morning, identify five things that would make the day exceptionally productive. Five daily goals compound to 150 per month and roughly 2,000 per year, making this a high-leverage habit for getting more done.
Welcome to this V log. I'm here in Rome.
You can see, we're driving through the streets of Rome. You can see.
One of my favorite cities in the world. And I wanted to share some ideas with you on getting more done in less time. Three very simple ideas that I think are key. Number one, the daily five.
You've probably read about this in the Leader who Had no Title.
But I want to reinforce the idea for you, which is every day, get up in the morning, ask yourself this self coaching question. What five things need to happen between now and the last hour of today for this to have been an exceptionally productive day?
Why do you do that? Because five little goals achieved every day.
At the end of one year, at.
The end of one month is 150 little goals achieved.
And at the end of one year.
Almost 2,000 little goals that you've achieved. So it's not only that you've achieved 2,000 meaningful goals in 12 months from.
This V log in a world where.
We are so distracted, but it's also what the achievement of those goals makes of you in terms of a better thinker, a better performer, a more confident person. So your daily five is a fundamental tactic to lead without a title. Secondly, the importance of exercising first thing in the morning. What that does is it gives you the endorphin rush. You feel better, you feel happier, but it also jump starts your metabolic rate. And productivity is so important. And to do that, be at your best. I still remember Madonna's trainer saying that Madonna was so fit, she was almost like a professional athlete. The final idea is deep thinking days, and that's really, really important to remember. Days where you just spend in the three S's, silence, solitude and stillness. Where you can actually think about what's most important. Where you can actually spend time in art galleries to be inspired. Where you can actually have conversations with people who provoke you and make you think new ideas. Those three ideas that I've offered to you will help you be more productive in these busy times. So from here in Rome, en route to Moscow, keep leading without a title. Bye bye Sam.
