I get halfway to the airport and, like, I forgot my passport. Okay, Never again. So for somebody who travels a ton like I do, I am bag obsessed. I bought so many bags in my life looking for the perfect bag. Some of them have been good. None of them have been perfect. I was at the TED conference, and they gave away these sort of nice backpacks. They're pretty good. I like the quality. I was walking around and I saw Adrian Solgaard. I saw his name tag and I said, are you the bag guy? He goes, yeah, I am. I go, can I design my own bag? And he looks at me and he goes, yeah, sure.
And two years later, I designed my own bag.
Okay, this is the big thing. This is the thing I'm most excited about. For the first time ever, I have.
A backpack that opens completely flat. You can pack it normally, shoving stuff in there.
You don't understand what a big deal this is when you put it under the seat in front of you when you're traveling on a plane. Made the zippers for the three different pockets different, so you're not, like, opening all the wrong zippers, which I've done constantly. The first pocket, the front pocket, I put the zipper a little bit on the flat, not on the front, so.
That when you open it, nothing falls out.
Same thing with this zipper. It's deep this way.
You know why nothing falls out?
It's the best. Now, look at this feature. When you use a bag for a long time, it starts to look worn and torn. There's a magnet in this one.
So every time it always goes flat. It always goes flat.
It always looks pretty. I know. It's a little detail. It makes me happy. The back section, completely separate section for your computer, so you don't have to be digging around. Two separate sections, one for your computer, one for your iPad, so you don't have to shove them together. And all the little pockets in here that fit. The things that I use, headphones, cables, and stuff like that. There's also hidden pockets. Yes, that's right. I once left my passport in the safe of the hotel. Now we put in a hidden pocket behind the padding.
For your passport, another hidden pocket. There is a little credit card or money flap right in the front there. When you need quick access to stuff. It's expandable, too, which makes it kind of incredible. I'll just show you. Because it's cool to double the size. Look at that. It's like a small suitcase. And of course, what makes it uniquely my bag is we had the right optimist on it because everyone who wears it is telling the world you're an optimist. I have been using the prototype for well over a year. It's legit. My favorite bag, Limited release partnership with Solguard. And it's made of 100% recycled C plastic, which I also like. Yummy. Very good. Oh, also, if you go to the bathroom at an airport, you don't like putting your bag on the ground. It's okay. There's a thing. You can hang it. I mean, just little details. Little details.
