There is a profession called a sourcer where they are just constantly on LinkedIn finding people to ask to interview. And so because I had the right.

Would get a lot of those emails. I told them, okay, sure, I'm not really looking, but I'll interview with you. And honestly, that just made them want me more. I hit on the 15 competence triggers in my interviews and then ended up.
