Short transcript excerpt from the YouTube video 'Live By Your Values | Robin Sharma' (uploaded by Clegg). In this excerpt Robin Sharma and another speaker urge listeners to overcome ancestral fear, speak with their own voice, chase their dreams, and live by their own values — arguing that uncommon results require doing what only a small minority do.

Hundreds of years ago when we were on the savannah fighting the saber toothed tiger and the cheetah. If we left the herd, we would be killed and eaten. And now here it is in whatever year this is.
And we're still too frightened.
To think differently.
We're still too frightened to speak.
With our own voice.
We're still too frightened to.
Chase our dream. We're still too.
Frightened to.
Live by our values. Not by our mother's values or our neighbor's values or society's values. I guess what I'm trying to say, probably not very elegantly, is to have the results only 5% of people in business have, we must have the guts to do what only 5% of the population does.
