If I could go back 30 years and not even 30, if I could go back 15 years and put my money in a place where it makes money, the most money that I get to keep, I would have definitely invested in multifamily real estate. Here's what multifamily real estate does. It gives you the ability to write off a large amount or potentially even all of that money that you make. Like you could make if you have enough real estate. You can make $50 million a year and pay $0 in taxes. And then the zero, then the real estate cash flows and the tenants and then you borrow the equity and BoR money is not taxable, so that's taxable cash flow. You can borrow equity out of the property and then the tenants pay off the loan. Like there's a reason uber wealthy people don't pay taxes. But real estate, great place because the purpose of income is to turn it into assets that produce income.
