A short YouTube monologue (by Clegg) arguing that external/world-class success without inner/spiritual growth is an empty victory. The speaker warns against treating humans like machines—obsessing over flawless routines, hacks, and strict regimens—and urges maintaining a "rich heart" and a loose grip on outcomes, learning to be a human being rather than only a human doing.

Rising to world class without embracing soulfulness is an empty victory. Our tendency is to think that we are like machines and we need to take everything and execute on it. Everything needs to be flawless and we need to get up at 5 every single day and run every one of the routines and rituals and protocols and hacks and everything that you've heard. All of this information is. It is priceless. But.
Keep the rich heart, keep the loose grip on everything. We're not machines. One of the things I've really worked very hard on in my life is learning how to be a human being versus a human doing.
