Sell your Sawdust

A lot of times, business owners are looking for profits. Are you here because you're looking for profits in your business? One of the things you need to learn to do is you need to learn to sell your sawdust. What does that even mean? It means sell the byproducts of the main product that you create. Like, how can you take something that you've already done and turn it into more money? There was a time when lumberyards just threw away all their sawdust. In fact, they would pay people to come take it away. Then somebody figured out, hey, can I buy that sawdust from you? They said, sure. They sold the sawdust, and the people who bought the sawdust from it turned it into particle board and compressed logs, or like those fireplace logs, they added a little accelerant to it, and so the fireplace logs would burn a little faster. They made millions upon millions upon millions of dollars selling the sawdust, and the people who bought the sawdust made millions and millions and millions of dollars. Take the byproducts of your production, sell it, and turn it into profit. You can take your book, sell for $20, and turn it into a course that you sell for 200, into a mastermind that you sell for 20,000. That is selling your sawdust.
