Hi, it's Robin Sharma, author of the 5am Club and the Everyday Hero Manifesto. I am sort of on a retreat at a place away from the noise, working on my new book. I think you're gonna love the new book. It's different from anything I've ever done. I think it's really important in your work not to repeat your winning formula, but to break fresh ground, which I'm doing my best to do for you. And I'm in a reflective mood and I wanted to shoot this video. It won't be long, maybe five minutes. It'll offer you some very powerful tools that will really help you upgrade your leadership, productivity, creativity, performance and happiness. So you're going to love these three new tools I'm going to share with you. And these come from my coaching methodology and I've been sharing these tools with the clients that I mentor. So the starting premise is really this. Too many good souls have these holes within us that we are trying to fill from outer things. But a key principle I want you to really think about is nothing on the outside will ever make you feel better on the inside. I'm going to repeat that again because it's so important. Nothing on the outside will ever make you feel better on the inside. So if you think you, if you have more money, a bigger house, nicer car, better handbag, better shoes, bigger watch, that those things will make you feel happier, then you're just hypnotizing yourself. And society has done a nice job of really hard wiring that kind of philosophy into our mentality. So how do you fill any holes inside of you so you feel this wonderful joy that is your birthright and that is who you truly are. Under the layers of doubt, fear, disbelief. Well, you start the process of working on yourself. I'm going to give you three tools that will really help you upgrade that inner well being, that inner inspiration, and that joyfulness that I really, really, really, really want for you. When you light up yourself, we light up the world. So number one, the first tool is the 15 minute morning walk method. The 15 minute morning walk method. I don't, I evangelize a daily one hour walk. That's great, but just do 15 minutes if possible. Get out to nature. There are chemicals in the air, or let's call them the plants and flowers. Release materials that release neurochemicals that make you feel happier, make you feel healthier, get oxygen, get 15 minutes of exercise. It's a simple tool. It'll promote your creativity and if possible, while you're walking, notice Notice the nature or notice the sky. Notice the sunshine. Don't be in your head because you want to bring more delight into your life. Number two, the second tool. This is the two phone solution. The clients I've been mentoring absolutely love this. They've been reporting huge gains in their productivity and their focus and their happiness. Simply this. You have your main phone with all your apps, notifications, social feeds. Got it. But you have a second spartan phone that basically just is a phone and you turn it off whenever you want. No apps. Can't check the weather, can't check your social feeds, can't watch videos of people doing the cha cha. It's a quiet phone that allows you to do real work. Third tool, the Daily Delight Diary. Gratitude is great. Delight is even better. You want to be someone who feels the delight, the enchantment, the mystery, the exquisite beauty of your life. Not just grateful. Grateful is good. We know that it releases dopamine and neuroregulator serotonin. But you want to be in the delight business. Okay? So I hope this video has been helpful to you and I wish you an amazing day.
