The Craziest Facts I Know

Myron Golden shares three wealth facts from his rise to tens of millions in revenue: leverage makes fast money possible, top entrepreneurs get paid for creative offers not time, and Price's Law means a tiny fraction produces half of any field's output.

Is it possible for you to go from where you are right now financially to where you'd like to be, regardless of where that is? In other words, is it possible for you to go from like the depths of despair financially to a place of a dynamic destiny? Is it possible for you to go from the pit of poverty to the pinnacle of prosperity? Is it possible for somebody to change their life around? And what happens when I ask that question is probably you go into your memory banks and you go into the resources of your mind and you say, who do I know? Who do I know know, who do I know? Who do I know who, who do I know in my personal life that I actually got an opportunity to watch them go from the pit of poverty to the pinnacle of prosperity? Who have I ever seen in real life, not who's, who's done it and I saw them after they did it, but who do I know who have I watched the progression of their life go from debt to dignity, from poverty to prosperity, from woe to wealth? Because in this video I'm going to show you three mind blowing facts about wealth that I discovered going from a trash man making $6.25 an hour to a business owner who in the last three years has generated over $30 million in revenue. And that's what I'm going to reveal in this video. So what are these three amazing facts? And you like, if you were to guess, you might say, well, it's got to have something to do with saving money or it's got to have something to do with luck. It's got to have something to do with luck or maybe an inheritance. Like none of that happened for me, but I discovered some principles that I didn't know when I was broke because I believe that the difference between where you are and where you'd like to be is exactly the same as the difference between what you know and what you haven't learned and implemented yet. And so, so is it possible that there are three mind blowing wealth facts that if you really, I don't mean if you know about them, but if you really believe them, if you really own them, if you really integrate them into every cell of your being, if you really, if you really just internalize these beliefs, is it possible for you to go from the pit of poverty to the pinnacle of prosperity? Not only do I believe, the answer is, well, it's possible, I believe it's a resounding yes. So mind blowing wealth fact number one, it's easier to make a lot of money in a short period of time than it is to make a little money over a long period of time. That sounds so beautiful. It sounds so magnificent. If it were only true, if it were only true for me, if there was only a way that I could comprehend it to the degree that I could put it into practice, man, that would be like the greatest thing ever. This was my first major financial discovery. And it happened to me back in 1999 when I accidentally made $6,200 in one week. After a whole year in 1998, I only made $48,000. Well, there's a big difference between $48,000 in a year, which is about 4,000amonth, and $6,200 in a week. It's, it's, it's mind blowingly different. And so if you can take your, if you can take your monthly revenue and like increase it by 150% in a week, so you do it in 1/4 the time you do 150% as much revenue.
I would have to ask what did I do differently? Like, how did that happen? And so here's what I discovered. It's easier to make a lot of money in a short period of time than it is to make a little money over a long period of time. And the reason I discovered that was because I had never made that much money so effortlessly. It wasn't totally effortless, but it was way more effortless than all the other money I ever made in my life. And so I thought, why was that? Why was it the case? What was this thing? And then I started thinking about the fact I didn't think of these terms because didn't know these terms then, but all principles are microcosms of each other. And I think I discovered this later. All principles are microcosms of each other. And because all principles are microcosms of each other, if it's easier to make a lot of money in a short period of time than it is to make a little money over a long period of time. That means it's easier to make great strides than it is to make small advances. So what does that mean? Well, here's what it means. It means if you are a runner and you can run. I had polio as an infant. I have a brace on my leg, I can't run, right? I've never run anywhere in my life. If you and I got in a race and we were going to go a mile, do a mile race, and you would win. So it's not fair for us to go the same distance. So what if. What if we make it more even and you run a mile and I go two miles? See, and I think I just said that backwards because I got a little dyslexia thing going on. But don't feel sorry for me. It's going to be okay. But because I gave you my word and I say okay, I'm still going to do this. Now, not only are you going to win, you're going to win by a large margin. Watch this. Unless. Unless what? Unless you're running and I'm on a bicycle because I said you're going to run a mile, I'm going to go two miles. I didn't say I was going to run two miles. You say, myron, what does that have to do with anything? It only has to do with this. I can go farther, faster and use less energy and win the race if I'm on a bike and you're running. That's not fair. I'm on a bike, you're running. So let's give you a bike. Now, you go two miles, I go four miles. You win again. Unless I'm in a car. I get it. It seems like I'm playing silly word games, but I'm not. I promise you there's going to be a light bulb that's going to come on in your brain that's going to be so bright, you're going to have to sleep with sunglasses on for the rest of your life if you just hang in there with me. And so.
You go two miles, I go four miles, you're on a bike, I'm in a car, I win again. That's not fair. I've got a car, you don't have a car. So let's give you a car. You have a car. We get in a race, you go 50 miles, I go 100 miles. You win again. Unless.
I'm on a plane, I can go farther, faster and use less energy. Okay, okay, that's. But still not fair. So let's give you a plane. So now you go 100 miles, I go 200 miles, you win again. Unless I'm on a jet. Now you say, myron, what's the point of that silly illustration? Here's the point of that silly illustration. Each time I won the race, I won the race with less effort and less energy. That's why people who are wealthy don't work as hard as you do. That's why they're not blood, sweat and tears. That's why they're not. Eight hours of work for eight hours Pay. Why? Here's the principle. Here's the mind blowing wealth. Fact number one. You ready? I can always make up in leverage what I lack in ability. See, leverage is the great equalizer. And the reason you're struggling financially right now is because you have no financial leverage. The difference between rich people and poor people is not always intelligence. There are a lot of poor people who are smarter than a lot of rich people. It's not always opportunity. There are some poor people who have had as many opportunities as some rich people. The ultimate difference in whether you're rich or poor is how much leverage you have or how much leverage you don't have.
This, this equation gets a little deeper. Watch, watch me now. Watch me now. The less leverage you have.
The more leverage you are for someone else. So what you have to do is you have to figure out, so we're all, by the way, we're all both being leveraged and using leverage to some degree. We're all, Everybody's doing that. The difference between people who are extremely wealthy and people who are broke is the people who are broke are more leveraged than they are using leverage. And the people who are rich are using leverage more than they're being lever. That's the difference. And so I can always make up and leverage what I lack in ability. Because just like, just like if you're running and I'm on a bike, what if, what if, what if this were the case? What if, what if people who are making less than. Less than. Less than.
People who are making less than. I think I did that right. Did I do that right? Yes. Less than $100,000 a year. Those people are all running.
But the people who are making greater than $100,000 a year.
But less than $500,000 a year.
What if they're all.
On bicycle? What if they're all on bicycles, but the people who are making.
More than $500,000 a year.
I'm talking about economically speaking, but they're making less than.
$1 million a year. They're all in.
Right, they're all in cars.
But the people who are making more than a million dollars a year.
But less than $10 million a year.
They'Re on a.
And, oh yeah, gotta have a propeller, right? So they're all on a plane. But the people who are making $10 million a year, greater than 10 million.
They'Re either on a jet.
Or.
If they're making more than 100 million, they're on a rocket financially. Now here's what's interesting about all of these points of leverage.
If you're going to run, it would be helpful if you have running shoes. How much do running shoes cost? Let's just say there are $200.
How much do bikes cost? Let's just say somewhere in the neighborhood of, what, maybe $2,000 for a really good bike.
Cars. Here's what's interesting. It takes longer to learn how to ride a bike than it does to learn how to run. It takes longer to learn how to drive a car than it does to learn how to ride a bike. It takes longer to learn how to fly a plane than it does to learn how to fly. To drive a car. It takes longer to learn how to fly a jet than it does to learn how to fly a plane. So if you're thinking and you're watching me do this illustration, you're asking yourself, okay, so.
A good car is going to cost somewhere, if it's used somewhere between 20,000 and who knows what, 120,000, depending on what kind of car you get. I'm not sure what kind of cars people are buying, but a plane, Planes are going to start out about 100 grand, and they could go into the millions.
Right? And a jet, they start out in the millions and get higher and higher and higher and higher. And rockets. Let's don't even go there right now. So why don't people find leverage and use it? Two reasons, I believe, because, number one, you have to make, like, the more leverage you have, the more the leverage cost, right? And so they're looking at the cost of the leverage, but they're not looking at the value of having the leverage. And so if you're weighing the price that it costs to buy the leverage, but you're not looking at the payoff of owning the leverage, you're gonna always opt not to use the leverage. And that's where most people live, right? Buy a book. I mean, come on. I mean, a seminar. Come on. I mean, like a mastermind, right? Some people, it's a college degree, like.
And the cost of the leverage causes a lot of people, many people, to say, I'd rather just like, just 10. Running shoes are cheaper. I'm just going to buy running shoes. But the other one is the time that it takes to learn to use it and the belief that you can learn it. Some of you believe you can't learn it. Let me fix that for you. Think about it. When you landed on this planet, you couldn't walk, you couldn't run, you couldn't ride a bike, you Couldn't drive a car. You couldn't use a phone. You couldn't use a computer. You didn't understand how to tell time. You didn't know your right hand from your left hand. You didn't know your right foot from your left foot. You didn't know your hand from your foot. You didn't know your mouth from your eye. When you got here, you knew nothing. So may I encourage you to understand and believe that all you have to do to know there's nothing you can't learn. Let me say that again. There's nothing you can't learn. Let me say that again. There's nothing you can't learn. All you have to do to realize there's nothing you can't learn is to look in the rear view mirror of the experiences of your life and look at all the things you've learned. Some of you have learned how to play a musical instrument. Some of you learn multiple languages. But guess what? You didn't know any of that when you got here. So if there's leverage that can you make, that can make you wealthy and you decide before you even endeavor to take it on that it's either cost too much or it's too hard to learn to use, you're shooting yourself in the foot before you even give yourself a chance. And I believe that's mind blowing wealth. Secret number one. So what I did, I found some leverage. I found some leverage in the four levels of value and I'm not going to go into that right now. But what you do is you figure out, okay, have you ever even googled what careers make the most money? Right, but you'd like to make more money, but you're in a lane and you're staying in that lane because that's the lane you're in or because that's the lane you were quote, educated in. But were you educated or were you programmed? That's a different question. Conversation for a different day. Okay, so that's wealth. Secret number one. Like wealth fact number one. Mind blown. My mind's blown. Maybe your mind's blown. Maybe my mind's more easily blown than yours. Well, secret number two. Well, that time has come for the event of the year, of the decade, potentially of the century. Offer mastery live, 2024 Tampa, Florida. Be there or beware. I'm going to be doing lots and lots of trainings on making offers and it's going to be a life changing event. A lot of people told me after Offer Mastery Live last year it was the best event they've ever been to in their lives. I can occur, it was the best event I've ever been to in my life. A family friendly environment, truth about business and making money from a biblical perspective. Nobody cussing you out on stage. It's going to be game changer. And I'm inviting you to meet me in Tampa, Florida, May of 2024 at offer mastery Live, where your life is about to change for the better. I'll see you in May. Well, secret number two is expensive.
Is not a real.
Concept.
Like if you get this one right, it'll change your life for the rest of your life. So what do I mean by that? Poor people and middle class people feel like they believe.
They feel like they believe that everything is expensive because they pay for things with money they've exchanged their time for. So every time a poor person or a middle class person buys something, they're buying it with money they've exchanged their time for. So people feel like they're paying for things with their life because they are. Now if you're paying for things with your life, then stuff is expensive because it's not just costing you money, it's actually costing you your life. This is why, this is why people get stressed. If they make $50,000 a year and they go look at a car or pickup truck and it costs $50,000. Now they have to delineate. They're not saying Is this worth $50,000 on a subconscious level they're asking, is this worth a year of my life? And then if they understand math, on a subconscious level, they're asking, is this worth two years of my life or maybe two and a half years because of the interest. So now they're weighing, is this worth me sacrificing this much of my life on the altar of this thing that I desire to have? If somebody makes $20 an hour, $25 an hour, they look at the price of gas. If the price of gas is $5, they're saying, is this Worth like I gotta fill up my tank with gas and it cost me 100 bucks. Is this worth four hours of my life? Right. And so.
When we're calculating how much stuff cost, we're not actually calculating it most of the time. Most people are not calculating that based on the price tag. They're calculating it based on the time that it took them to earn the money. And when they pay it out, how much it's going to cost them to replace that money in time. So what's the solution to that? Here's the solution. You ready? Poor people, middle class people, pay for things with money they've exchanged their time for. Wealthy creative entrepreneurs. We pay for things according. I'm going to write that word according to our creativity. What does that even mean, according to our creativity? Well, here's what it doesn't mean. It doesn't mean out of creativity. It doesn't mean that. It doesn't mean from our creativity. It doesn't mean that. It doesn't mean with our creativity. Now why? Because if I paid for something out of my creativity, from my creativity, or with my creativity after I paid for it, I'd have less creativity than I had before I created it. That's not how it works. When you are a creative, like a creative, what happens is you pay for things you create. Like when I have a desire to buy something, I do what I call, I create.
An offer. What is an offer?
An offer I'm going to give you, the shortened version is a valuable opportunity that you give somebody else the opportunity to pay for. Okay, So I create a solution for you and you can either live with the problem or pay me for the solution. Right? So in order for me to discover what your solution is, I've got to ask you some questions. I got to find out what's missing. I got to find out where the hole is in your experience of life. And then I create something that patches that hole and then I let you buy it. And so I discovered this principle when I had a really painful experience with one of the we will inconvenience you at our convenience airlines, or two of them, actually. The first one, they lost my luggage for three months. They had my favorite suit in it. I'm not going to go into detail, but it was just. It was a hassle. It was a hassle fest. So that happened in April of 2022. And then in May of 2022, the day after my birthday, one of my flights got canceled and my son had rented a yacht for me and my family to go out for my birthday. And because they canceled my first flight because of mechanical issue, I was going to miss my connecting flight and miss the disembarkment of the yacht that my son rented for my birthday. So I had to go buy new plane tickets for me and my entire team. And I think the new tickets cost me about $7,000. Well, $7,000 wasn't the problem. The problem was all the hassle that I had to go through after I had already paid for tickets. And they were just like, I'm sorry, but if you're like five minutes late after they close the door, even if the plane's sitting there in the tarmac and the jet bridge is still up against the plane, they say, I'm sorry, the door's closed. We can't let you in. We can't let you in. Here's what it means. We won't let you in, right? So I said, when that happened to me, that was like the straw that broke the camel's back. And I decided in that moment, I will never fly commercial again unless.
I am on in first class with my own bedroom. If I'm flying overseas, and I still might not do it, I'm not flying. I'm not flying commercial anymore, right? But if I do, it'll be like on United Air Emirates, like, I'll bedroom. Like, not. Not chair that turns into a bed. If I don't have a bedroom, I'm not flying over. I'm not getting on a commercial airline. Okay? So that was my decision. I know it's a little extreme, but I had already made the decision, by the way. There's a lesson in that. And the lesson is this. Results follow decisions, not wishes. I made a decision. I didn't make a choice. I made a decision. What's the difference? Choose means to pick one. But what does decision mean? It means to cut yourself off from any other possibility. I decided. So, fortunately for me, I had a friend, had access to a jet. I called him on the phone. I'm like, hey, Gary, can you hook a brother up? I got a trip coming up in two weeks. I need me and my team and some clients of mine. We got to go to Las Vegas from Tampa. Can you, like, can we, like, charter a jet from you? He said, we can't charter one, but I can figure out how to make it work. Okay, cool. And I'm thinking to myself, it's going to cost 25 to $30,000. But I was fully okay with that. And then he says to me, he says, yeah, It'll probably be about 60 grand. I said, It'll be how much? He said, 60 grand. And then he said something that kind of irritated me. He said, yeah, you got to put your big boy pants on if you're going to fly private. Now I'm thinking, bro, who you talking to? Like, I had a little attitude, right? I was like, I only got big boy pants. Book the jet, right? And now I've decided to do something before I knew how much it costs. And then I found out it cost more than twice as much as I thought it was going to cost. But I had already made a decision, Remember, I did make a choice. So the price was not going to deter me. I was like, okay, I can either take money out of my investments, money out of my money making money, or I can go create some brand new money to pay for this experience. And so guess what I did. I created an offer. I'm not going to go into detail what the offer was, but I created an offer for $200,000. And in that month, I sold six of them. And within six months, I sold 12 more. So I generated, I'm telling you this for a reason. I generated.
$3.8 million from an offer that I created. And that year I paid $1.7 million.
For private air travel, which was, which was 200 hours of private jet travel, right? On a charter. So, so if you subtract the 1.7 from the 2 point from the 3.8, I literally, because I tapped into my creativity, I literally profited $2.2 million profit because I made a decision that I wasn't going to allow them to inconvenience me anymore. But I made the decision before I knew the price. And once I knew the price, I tapped into my creativity. Now here's what happens. Remember I said for middle class people and poor people, everything feels expensive because they feel like they're paying for everything with their life because they are wealthy entrepreneurs. Everything costs the same amount. Like if you're a creative, everything costs the same amount. What does that mean? Like, price of gas costs the same. Is this pack of Tic Tacs cost the same as this bottle of water? Like when I fly on a private jet, pretty much cost me about the same as this pack of Tic Tacs cost me about the same as this bottle of water. Now what does that mean? They're obviously two different prices, but they're the same cost. What do they cost me? They cost me according to my creativity. Because what I do, when I get ready to Buy something is I create an offer, or I offer an offer I've already created. And so here's what happened as a direct. This is wealthy. This is probably the biggest wealth secret that I've ever discovered that's helped me make millions of dollars. And if you'll apply it, it will definitely take your life to a different level. And I discovered I can create any amount of money I desire to create, to buy anything I desire to buy. If I can figure out a way to create value for a large group of people with a big problem, that they've got enough money in their pocket to solve it, and they'd be willing to pay it, right? So when I created the offer 2.2, I profited $2.2 million. Here's what happened. I made the offer. I got paid the $3.8 million. That's what I got paid. I paid for the private jet travel. That's what I paid. I profited 2.2 million. And guess what? So because I decided to fly private according to my creativity, not out of my creativity, when I created the offer, I did not have less creativity after I created the offer than I had before I created the offer. The fact is, I actually had more because I became aware of. Of a level of creativity and tapped into a level of creativity that I did not know I had access to until I decided to tap into it. So I decided to tap into it before I got access to it, I didn't get access to it. And then make a logical decision. I made a very illogical, irrational, highly emotionally charged decision. I ain't doing this to me no more, Right? And so I tapped into my creativity, and now not only did I have an extra $2.2 million, but I also have another offer. I have another offer that I didn't have before I made that decision. So now, and I've accessed a level of creativity that will allow me to create more and more wealth. Because guess what I did after. After I sold 12 more. So we sold a total of 18. I raised the price of that offer from 200,000. We went. That offer went from 200,000 to 350,000. And when I raised it to 350,000, I sold 10 more. So 350,000 times 10, that's another, what, 3.5 million more dollars? And we created some other offers around this whole offer that made us another couple hundred thousand bucks, you say? Myron, why are you telling me this? This is the most amazing wealth secret I've ever discovered. If you're serious I mean, if you're curious about making money and creating wealth for your family, great. Just, like, keep studying. But if you're serious, like, go into your thought cave and start figuring out how to solve problems for other people. You know what's really amazing? I did a video called wealth is not Money. Wealth is not Money. Mo Myron, what's wealth? Wealth is your ability to solve valuable problems for people other than yourself. That's what your wealth. Your wealth is going to be in direct proportion to your ability to solve big problems for people other than yourself. And so, $3.5 million, $3.5 million.
Plus the $3.8 million. That's. What is that? $7.3 million is actually $7.3 million that I generated just because I decided I wasn't going to subject myself to that level of hassle anymore. This is the greatest wealth secret of my life. Wealth secret number two. The last one is this. This is where you get to make a decision. It's called Price's Law. What is Price's Law? Price's law states that 50% of the production of any domain is produced by. Is produced by the square root of that domain.
What does that mean? 50% of the production of any domain is produced by the square root of that domain. Okay, here's what it means. 50% of the production of any domain is produced by. And we'll make this pr. Since it's produced. Okay, it's produced by the square root of that domain. What does that mean? That means if you have. Let's take two. Let's say. Let's say four. Because two times two is four. Two times two is four. Let's say you have four tomato plants.
Let's say you have four salespeople.
You have four businesses.
Okay? So you have four tomato plants. 50% of the production of those tomato plants is going to be done. What's the square root of 4? 2. It's going to be done by two of those tomato plants. If you have four salespeople on your sales team, 50% of the sales is going to be made by two people. If you have four businesses in a city, 50% of the gross domestic product of that city is going to be made by two of those businesses. Well, that makes sense, because 2 is not only the square root of 4, but 2 is also 50% of 4. Right? However, if you just change this number, if you change this number by one and you make it three, three times three is nine. So if you have nine tomato plants, nine salespeople and nine businesses. The square root of nine is three, which means three tomato plants are going to produce 50% of the tomatoes. Three salespeople are going to get 50% of the commissions. Three businesses are going to make 50% of the gross domestic product of that city. Huh? But what if we go from three, we go all the way to four, right? So four times four equals 16. So 16. 16. 16 tomato plants. 16 businesses. I'm going to skip from four to 10 on the next one. So that's. So four is a square root of 16. So if you have 16 tomato plants, four. Four tomato plants are gonna produce half the tomatoes. Four salespeople, sales. Four salespeople are going to produce 50% of the commissions. Four businesses are gonna produce 50% of the gross domestic product.
I'm gonna get to the point right now. Here it is. You ready? If you have 100, 10 times 10 is 100. You have 100 tomato plants. You have 100 salespeople and 100 businesses. 10. 10 of those tomato plants. Wow. I get excited, man. I start writing so Fast. Okay, so 10 of those tomato plants are going to produce 50% of the tomatoes. 10 of those salespeople are going to produce. Salespeople are going to produce 50% of the sales and the commissions. 10 of those businesses are going to produce 50% of gross domestic product. So here's what we see as a consistency in price's law. The bigger the number gets, the smaller the square root gets. Okay, so if the. If the square root's getting smaller, how's the percentage of payoff being consistent at around 50%? How's that possible? Well, here's what I believe is the reason. Because.
Mediocrity in every domain scales exponentially, but excellence in any domain scales incrementally. So there are very. What does that mean? That means there are very few people in the sales arena who are willing to do what it takes to become excellent at sales, giving them the right to generate 50% of the commissions. Like you got businesses. Very few of the businesses are willing to become efficient enough and effective enough in the marketplace to optimize their efficiency and their effectiveness at the same time, which gives them 50%, like, 50% of the gross domestic product. There are in the United states, there are 30 million businesses. 30 million businesses. The square root of 30 million is like 5477. I think 5477 businesses. So of 30 million businesses, 5477 of them make 50% of the profits of all the businesses in the United States of America. That's. That's insane. What's that mean? That means that whatever the difference between that is like 29,429,000,433. I think something like that.
Businesses have to split the other half of the profits. Why? So what can we learn from this? Here's, here's. Here's my takeaway.
Mind blowing fact number three about wealth.
Very few people, almost everybody's willing to do enough to be a part of the mediocre mini. Almost everybody is willing to do what it takes to be a part of the mediocre mini. Very few people are willing to do what it takes to become one of the fantastic few. I think it's so fitting that this law that we just talked about is called what? It's called Price's Law. So here's the question that Price's Law is asking of all of us. Are we willing to pay the price.
To become one of the fantastic few? Or are we going to spend the rest of our lives settling to be one of the mediocre many? I can't answer that question for you. You can't answer it for me. Fortunately for all of us, we all have the ability to answer that question. Thanks for watching. I hope this helps and I hope you apply these to your life, because when you do, it will change your life for the rest of your life. Thanks for watching. Bye for now.
