Hi, it's Robin Sharma. Welcome to this session of my video blog. This is all about the four creative forces. These are the four things that we do to create results. If they are world class, you will see world class results. And if these four creative forces are mismanaged, you will see mediocre results. What are the four creative forces that really drive all of our external results in our business life, in our personal life? Number one, thoughts. Number two, how you feel. Number three, your words. And number four, your deeds. Okay, I'm going to repeat those again. Your thoughts. Every thought you think will have a consequence. Every external result is a reflection of your thought. Every habit once started as a thought. The second creative force, such an important one to always, always remember how you feel. How you feel is very creative. If you feel excellent, you create excellent results. If you feel passionate, your passion will be contagious. If you feel mediocre, your results will be poor. The third creative force, your words. We forget that words are powerful. Words are indeed creative. If you call something a tragedy, that will frame how you respond. If you use poor words with your teammates or with your customers, words that are less than leadership, language that will show where you play with your customers and your teammates. And then the fourth thing. Of course, our actions are creative. Every single thing we do is going to have a certain result. So what I would encourage you to do is write down those four creative forces. Do it right now. Pause the video if you want to and write down each of those four again. Your thoughts, your feelings, your words and your actions. And then evaluate yourself from 1 to 10. Do a little thought exercise. Evaluate yourself from 1 to 10, 10 being world class, 1 being mediocre. And have a good hard look at where you're playing in terms of those four creative forces. And as you get those four creative forces to higher levels of mastery, I guarantee you all the results in your professional life as well as in your personal life will change along with them.
