Short excerpt from a YouTube video by Clegg ("There Can Be No Success Without Failure") presenting a motivational dialogue. Speakers urge continuous self-improvement—exercise, add value, read more—and reflect on how youthful drive (a "chip on your shoulder") fades with age. Central claim: true, "legendary" success requires persistent striving; complacency can cause success to fail (“nothing fails like success”).

Exercise more, push more magic into the.
Marketplace. Give more value to people. Read more books. When you were 16 years old, you had a chip on your shoulder. You had something to prove. You wanted to show your dad, your mom. Look how successful I am now. You're 30, 40, 50, 60.
It's harder to keep on pushing, but that's what legendary is. See, the great legends are the ones that are at the top of the mountain, and they keep on trying to get better. So I suggest to you, with great respect, that nothing fails like success.
