A short motivational talk advising entrepreneurs to replace “how” questions with “who” questions — i.e., delegate tasks (video editing, social posts, operations) by finding the right people. The speaker credits Tony Robbins’ idea that question quality shapes outcomes and argues that finding the right “who” solves operational “how” problems.

If you are an entrepreneur and you feel stuck, you're wondering, how do I edit my videos? How do I create my videos? How do I create social media posts? How do I do this? How do I do that? You're asking the wrong question. I heard somebody say one time, I think it was Tony Robbins who said, the quality of your life will be in direct proportion to the quality of your questions. When you ask better questions, you get better answers. You're asking how questions you should be asking who questions. Instead of asking, how can I edit this video? Ask the question, who can I get to edit this video instead? Instead of asking, how can I create more social media posts? Ask the question, who can I get to create social media posts as an entrepreneur? Instead of me asking, how can I get better at operations and organization? Who can I get to do operations and organizations? Because most of the problems that you're having in your business are who questions, not how questions. You're asking how. That's why you don't find the right who. In fact, even when it comes to people you sell to, it's who, not how. Get the right who. It'll handle any how.
