$30K in 11 Days?!

My friend Spencer made 30k in 11 days with a garbage truck, which is crazy because he spends only one day a week on it. His revenue is over 150k and his net profit is 20%. He could probably sell his business for at least 200 to 300k. So let's break this down because garbage trucks are so hot right now. What do you need to do this? Well, he had needed a truck, he got one refurbished, let's call that 25-75K. You can also finance it so you can get a loan on it. He needed some bins, got them used here for about a thousand bucks. But the fascinating part is Spencer pre sold the service to his road like in his neighborhood and use that money to buy the truck, which is really clever. So he basically front loaded all of his profits and revenue in order to not have to take money out of his pocket. So he could charge somewhere between 30 and 50 bucks a month. In fact, Wayne Huzinga, this guy built his billion dollar company, Waste Management off of starting with one single truck. I don't think that you have to be a genius to make a ton of money.
