4 people you need to forgive

Codie Sanchez identifies four groups you need to forgive to move forward: your past self, your parents, people who blocked your progress, and everyone else who hurt you. Forgiveness doesn't mean forgetting. It means dropping the weight so you can actually go somewhere.

If you want to win, you got to forgive 4 people. The first one, old version of you, the person who didn't know better, the person who made all the mistakes, the person that you still blame maybe for some of the life that you have today. It's okay, let it go. Turning yourself into somebody you resent will only hold you back. Second, your parents. They were probably trying to be a parent for the first of a few times too. I know they probably didn't do everything just about perfectly for you. I know there's many things you can blame upon them, but you holding them back is only going to hold you back from what happens in the future. Let it go. The third Is every single person who got in your way, that boss that told you that you couldn't, your friend who said that they were going to partner with you and ended up stealing all the cash. There's that person in your life that you feel like is the reason you are not as successful as you want to be today. Let it go. And the last one, everybody else. There is going to be a sea of humans that you feel a little twitch inside of your gut every time you hear their name because you think that they are a reason why something bad happened to you in life. And by the way, they might be. Let it go. Because the truth of the matter is if you want to be successful, you are carrying every single one of those humans on your back, whether you like it or not. They are becoming heavier for you and stopping you from moving forward because you're carrying them, baby. And the only way to stop carrying them is to let them go. Doesn't mean you have to forget, but you gotta let them go.
