A business. I would never start all of them. 90% of startups fail. They take three to four years to be profitable. On average, only 40% of them ever actually even make any money or turn a profit. Too many people think you got to start a business to create wealth. I think they're wrong. The data does too. And I can tell you from experience, I've started two businesses and both have made me less money than my job. I don't want a passion project that has 10% chance of succeeding. I want to cash flow from day one and put the odds in my favor. And this has a 75% success rate. Buying a business. So I've developed a framework over the past 15 years that I used to coach 5,000 people on how to buy a business. I don't think this is rocket science. There's a step by step process. We've proven that by now.
