Codie Sanchez (speaker) reflects on the power of hiring and leadership: watching employees transform under your leadership and culture is deeply rewarding. Hiring people creates a legacy and enables the organization to build something larger than the founder; employees may be challenging but ultimately contribute to lasting impact.

There's nothing better than watching one of your employees change completely underneath. You could call it your leadership or just within your culture. One of the most incredible things you can do is hire people. They're going to drive you crazy, but they're also going to mean you have a legacy on this planet. And building this thing where people are creating bigger than you, it's an incredible feeling.
