So apparently Yellowstone make tens of millions of dollars. People love the country life. But actually, it turns out that a rodeo in Houston makes nine figures a year. This one, the Houston Livestock show and Rodeo started off in 1932 as a way for local ranchers to preserve the dwindling Texas cattle business. But now it's the largest rodeo in the world. It does $190 million in annual revenue and $300 million in economic impact to the area. Livestock also sold here. Not that crazy. What is crazy? $5,000 bunnies, $10,000 cattle and $100,000 horses. In fact, you can own a part of a cow or a part of a horse and then get a return on owning part of that when it eventually goes to auction. I might actually try this.
