Codie Sanchez hit 1 million subscribers in 300 videos instead of the expected 4,000 using her "Spark" framework: pick a specific audience, master your platform, post consistently, solve real problems not nice-to-haves, and test titles and thumbnails relentlessly.

We just hit a million on YouTube. I guess it usually takes about 4,000 videos to do. It took us 300. So we use a model called Spark. The first step is speak to a specific Persona. Too many people try to speak to everybody. And by doing that, you're not talking to anybody. So remember, riches are in niches. 2. Platform proficiency. The algorithm is always changing. What worked yesterday is not going to work tomorrow. You need to obsess on keeping up with the platform. When I started, YouTube shorts did not exist. Now I have over 120 million views on shorts alone. Three is always show up. This is where 99% of people fail. You need to focus on the input rather than the output because you can't get control if a video gets views, but you can't control if you post a video. Fourth, relieve pain points. Forget about vitamins. We're in the painkiller business. Instead of offering a daily dose of Ah, that's nice. Make sure your videos provide a solution. And then lastly, keep repackaging. We test at least two titles and thumbnails for every video to find out what resonates with our audience. Mr. Beast tests like thousands. So does this spark you to subscribe?
