I think that the American dream for the youth and today is under attack. It's because the American dream now costs $3.4 million over the lifetime of American between cars, weddings, houses, kids, pets, funerals. Which is probably why we have the highest level of Gen Z and millennials my generation living at home than since the 1940s, 45%. Also because institutions are buying up single family homes, making it unaffordable for normal people to own them. And that's why young people feel like this. I followed the rules for my entire life and now I'm in a job that I don't like and I don't see a path forward. I think we have to tell them instead. It sucks. But guess what? You weren't meant to stay at minimum wage. You were meant to skill stack all your way to CEO one day, hopefully. Yeah, it all sucks, that's true. But it's also one of the best times to be alive. We're not in a world war like our parents were, interest rates are coming down, college debt is awful. But simultaneously we have more information at our fingertips than anybody ever did before. So it sucks. It's a hard truth. Now you have to win anyway.
