Chandler Hallow started as Mr. Beast's janitor and became a millionaire by joining the Mr. Beast Squad. Codie Sanchez breaks down how the opportunity happened and shares her own story of rewarding a dedicated employee.
Mr. Beast pays his janitor over a million bucks a year. The story goes that he hired his janitor to take care of the ridiculous messes they'd makes and. And just, like, fix it. You know what's crazy about the janitor? He was this young and hungry guy, so he just did the job. And then one day, Mr. Beast needed an extra hand in a video, so he asked this guy to help. He jumped in. The audience kind of liked him. And his name is Chandler Hallow, who is now part of Mr. Beast Squad. And in like a million videos and himself a millionaire. At 24, this guy was signed up to pick up other people's literal trash. And that led to million. So few people are willing to go the extra mile. Most people won't do the hard, but if you do, money always comes. One of my coworkers in 2008 was making $37,000 a year. Every time I needed help, she was on it. She didn't work for me. Well, when I headed my first business 3 years later, I hired her at 150k a year. And when I exited that business, I gave her the CEO spot. And now she makes more than 500k a year. Be a janitor, pick up the trash. If you do it for the right people, it'll lead to millions.
He wouldn't give you the dream if he didn't believe you had what it takes. You have what it takes.
What’s the one thing most job seekers overlook that could get you hired faster than you think?
