If I could only buy three types of businesses this year, it would be these. And the third one I think nobody's talking about. The first one is addiction recovery center. $35 billion a year industry. I think it's up $10 billion in a decade. Insurance companies are now required to pay for treatment, and even the biggest players only own a few dozen centers. So that means that the industry is super fragmented. So the little guys have actually a lot of potential. Two senior living facilities. By 2040 in the US there will be over 80 million adults over the age of 70, which is wild. That means you're not just collecting rent. These facilities generate div revenue streams. Care services, amenities, specialized programs, lifestyle offerings. And then the last one is also tied in aging population and people who sit more, which is sports and injury recovery centers. So from physical therapy to cryotherapy to nutrition counseling to booming industry, people are getting older, they're trying to stay active, we're increasingly inactive, and everybody's spending big on attempting to stay healthy. So these are the three businesses that I would buy today, invest in a day start today, because I think they'll win for the next decade.
