A short YouTube piece by Codie Sanchez presenting a four-part conversational framework called “FROG” to make people like you quickly. FROG stands for Family, Recreation, Occupation, Goals — ask about family and spouse/kids, hobbies, work (and what they love about it), and meaningful life goals. Sanchez advises easing into big questions, using the approach to build rapport (particularly when buying a business), and references her book Main Street Millionaire.
