Three real businesses I'm looking at buying right now. First one, fulfillment center. Huge demand in growth for fulfillment. Low multiple. Look at this. Not an expensive business overall. Now I think if you used this business and grew it, there is a way for you to integrate with Amazon. This business could be very sellable. I'm interested in it. Number two, parking lot striping. Recurring revenue, part time ownership. We'll test that. Not very many moving parts to this type of business. It might not be worth the 675k but we could do some fancy seller financing to make sure that the owner gets a great price. But we also protect ourselves. I would dive in here. The third one is a towing and storage company. Monthly revenue. I like that this business is 20 years old. I like the sales multiple. The profit margin. No way is it actually that high. So there's got to be add backs in there. I like where it says that they have extensive contracts. We've got to look into that. So I'm actively looking at these three businesses on Biz Scout Live.
