Codie Sanchez argues you weren't late to your lessons, you were early. You can't blame yourself for not knowing a road that didn't exist yet. Growth means charting routes no one has mapped before, so stop the harsh judgment and keep moving forward.
Chapters
What do you say to yourself when you're down? I say you weren't late to the lesson. Life just hadn't even opened your page yet. I don't think you should ever punish the person you were for not seeing a road that hadn't even been built yet. I think oftentimes you're blaming yesterday's version of you for not knowing the truth of what tomorrow's version knows today. Growth is realizing the map didn't exist when you started walking. You found your own route and nobody could point you there because nobody had ever been there. So you can't read a chapter that hasn't been written yet. You can't climb a path that nobody has ever climbed before. So don't be so hard on yourself. If you keep going, then eventually you can write your own book.
