Everyone keeps telling you you should have it figured out by 25, but a recent study actually says that's not true at all. According to researchers at Cambridge, your brain doesn't even reach full adult Mode until around 32. So if you feel lost behind confused, you're not late. You're probably on schedule. And here's the real lesson. If your brain is still wiring itself until 32, then your 20s shouldn't be about having it together. It should be about stacking skills, figuring out relationships. It doesn't need to be. Or prove yourself everything. Bottom line, stop trying to peak early. Stop comparing yourself in your chapter two to somebody's chapter 23. Play the long game. You use your 20s to be curious because the world is going to catch up at some point but you have plenty of time to figure it out. So if you feel lost, just remember this one thing. You're not running out of time. You are just getting started.
