You fix the man, you fix the marriage. What this situation truly is telling you is not that your wife's unwilling to talk or she doesn't care enough to talk about the marriage, or she refuses, she's just hell-bent on leaving this marriage. What this situation is actually informing us is that there are gaps in our communication skills as men. And when we work on those skills, We become a better husband. We become a better father. We become a better man. And it's not that you're a bad man. It's not that you're a horrible husband. Who taught us these skills? Who taught us how to be a great husband? Who taught us how to be a good listener? Who taught us how to be emotionally sophisticated? Who taught us true, authentic masculine leadership? Who taught us how to show up in a way that our wife is actually going to be attracted to not in a way that she needs to insulate. Who taught us these things? Nobody. It's not your fault that you're here. It's not your fault that this is happening, but it is your responsibility to fix it.
