3 Things Killing Your Business Growth.

There are 3 things holding back your business right now, and I'm sure one of these will apply to you. And when you understand which one, it's not that complicated to fix. In fact, it's quite simple. Let's get into them. So number 1, you have no cash flow plan in terms of where you're going, what you're doing, how you know your numbers. You're doing everything on a gut feel. Gut is not a strategy. I'm going to tell you that right up front. Number 2, you haven't got the trust in other people. You're not trusting people, so therefore you're not delegating to them, and therefore your business is limited in terms of growth because you believe you're the only one that can do it well. Really understand that it's not helping you grow your business and it's not going to get you to that next level. Most importantly is number 3: you have stopped growing. In fact, 2 years ago you stopped growing, and guess what? Your business started to stagnate because the more you grow, the more your business will grow. So trying to run a new business into the future, trying to get to 7 figures, 8 figures, 9 figures, and beyond with a very old playbook that's not serving you. I want you to take one of these 3. Which one really applies to you? Look at it and say to yourself, how can I get these ahead? Which one do I need to focus on to really take business to the next level. Please take the time to sit down and do this. Really look at cash flow. Do you trust people? Are you delegating enough? There's lots of AI systems out there that can help you build out your systems. So there's no excuse. And number 3, really making sure you grow, changing your playbook so you can get ahead way further than you are today. You cannot run a program with an old playbook.
