City Ambassador Superstars Program 2018 Recording

Okay, we're going. So welcome to the City Ambassador Superstar program. We are so excited at make youe Mark that we're going to launch the new Ambassador program. And we got some special. This webinar is basically for the City Ambassadors because we've created a additional Star Rewards program just for City Ambassadors. So I'm very excited about this. So we're just going to move on through the information and anyone that has any questions, you can just hit the chat and then we can ask some questions as we go along. So my name is Cheryl Bishop from head office and we're gonna get started. So first of all, welcome, welcome, City Ambassadors. I could say, wow, 2017 is almost over. I can't believe it. And I hope everyone is really ready for this holiday season and Christmas time. Make youe Mark is going into 2018 by rewarding our City Ambassadors, not only our ambassadors. So this is very exciting. Got some really exciting things we were working on. Hard to get this going for you. This competition we're going to have, which is called the Star Program, is going to run from January 3rd to December 31st, 2018. With this program, you'll be able to earn stars in several different ways. You'll be able to collect or redeem your stars for awesome rewards. This program is in addition to the Ambassador Commission checks that is a part of the actual Ambassador program. We created the rewards after listening to many, many ambassadors who responded recently from a survey we sent out. And this is how we created this program from that. Now, City Ambassadors, of course you can participate in this program. So let's get you to it. Are you ready to see other rewards? I trust you're just excited as what I have on the screen here. Anticipation. What are the rewards? The Star Rewards, it's all to do with star status in a sense of how many stars, Ambassadors and City Ambassadors can achieve. For an example, there is different layers that you can see on the PowerPoint here. There's 10 stars, 15 and so on, all the way up to 300 stars. Ambassadors can be rewarded with $25 cash. VIP seats to give to Business Mastery, a live one hour webinar with Colin. $1,000 cash a year. Access to the entire entrepreneurial academy. $2,000 cash a ticket to the Explosive Growth Mastermind, A weekend trip for two to Vegas. How exciting is that? $3,000 cash. Business acceleration. Brain Trust with Colin. And the top star of 300 stars is a seven day all inclusive vacation for four people to Mexico. So this is the first time we've done this kind of stuff. And I am so excited to announce this to all our ambassadors and it is going to be exciting. The whole year we're going to be focused on stars and how to achieve them and so much more. So this is just going to be fun. Now how to earn the stars. For every referral that attends and graduates a two hour event for maximum profit and maximum profiting success, they get one star. Now keep in mind when I explain this, all the paperwork, the PDF, let's say of this, of everything is going to go out to everyone. We're also in the process of creating a track sheet so they can actually keep track of how many stars they're accumulating. So we've got all that. Every ambassador attends a live ambassador training events. They get two stars per event that they must sign in at each live event so that we can calculate the stars. Every ambassador who gives CollinsBreak's entrepreneurial success book and has a referral at 10 business mastery is three stars. Every referral who purchases best mindset only, that's five stars per person. Every referral that purchases Sherpa Elite Brilliance essentials will get 10 stars. And every referral that you or the ambassador has at Purchase Quantum Trainer 10 stars. Now if an ambassador refers say to a speaking event and from 50 people to 99, they will get 25 stars and 100 or more they're gonna get 50 stars. So there's so many different ways they can add up their stars. I mean to me what's real fast way is when ambassadors find a speaking opportunity that can really add up quickly. So here's a scenario number one for any ambassadors as well as city ambassadors that want to earn the trip to LA Vegas if they're consistent and ambassadors refer eight people a month and say, let's say only six of them show. And I say six because often ambassadors will have a relationship with the people they're inviting. So a higher percentage will show up. So six attend business or the two hour event. So in a year's time they will earn 72 point stars for that. And then we kind of broke it down. 50% graduate from MP and S attend business mastery which out of that 20% of them will purchase an elite package. So that's seven people. So that's seven times 10 points. That'll be a total of, sorry, seven 70 stars. And then 10% purchase best mindset only, that's 15 stars. So you can see how the stars are adding up. So just by being consistent every month, Las Vegas redemption amount is 150 stars this ambassador or city ambassador is going to be able to achieve the Las Vegas rewards trip which is so exciting. Mexico trip again, it's the consistency. The more we train our ambassadors to be consistent, the more they are going to be successful in this program. And as you as a city ambassador because I've got some more exciting news after I go through these scenarios to really assist you as a city ambassador. So ambassador refers 25 people, let's say almost 50% show up. So that's 13 people throughout the year. When you calculate the stars they will earn 156 stars. And then when people join the elite package or join best mindset, the total addition adds up to 343 stars. Mexico redemption trip is 300 stars. So bang, they've got it. The consistency is the key. They're referring people every month they're going to get some great rewards. Here's another scenario number three, $1,000 cash reward ambassador being consistent refers five people a month. Let's say three of them attend the two hour event. So on 50% graduate, 20% of them purchase. And best mindset it all adds up to 88 star. This thousand dollars cash is 70 stars. So bang, they've got it and they still have 13 points to spare or stars to spare. So there's so many different ways that they can do this. We're going to be bringing in live monthly or monthly incentives. We're going to widen live webinar with industry industry experts where we're going to track every month the top five ambassadors a month that will be able to ask questions and they will be the only ones that will be able to ask questions on these webinars. So the value from this is one of a kind. No other company is doing something like this with experts we have planned and Collins Brake himself is working on that right now because he wants his top end mentors to be on these calls for all the ambassadors to learn so much. We've got the live ambassador trainings which ambassadors will of course attend to for meeting all the ambassadors. An opportunity to network and gain new opportunity recognition in our ambassador network newsletter and through social media and at all the live ambassador trainings. So that's going to be fun. We're going to have some quarterly incentives like all we're going to hear all year is about this star program because we want everyone to achieve as many stars as they can. So we're going to bring in quarterly incentives. The ambassador with the most referrals done in each city will receive an exclusive opportunity to network and have dinner with Collins Brake and the paid in full students from the past Business Mastery. So they will be able they will get you or them will be sent a personalized letter from Colin and Make your Mark will provide you with the meal for no cost. So imagine the value you would get from this. We all know how brilliant Collins Brake is, so to spend some time with him at any time is always so valuable. The top ambassador in each city will receive a reward letter signed by the entire team at head office, a certificate of excellence mailed to them for all their hard work. For your further praise, we will give recognition to you and your business on social media. So that's going to be a lot of fun too. The ambassador with the most referrals done overall in all cities will receive a thank you phone call and make your mark and will receive $100 cash bonus. So we, you know, these are just some ideas what we're going to do. We're going to just we're going to have some surprises out of our hat as we go out through the year. Now why are we doing this? I'm pretty confident that you as a city ambassador know how much make you Mark cares about people. We just want them to be so successful. So we've never done anything like this before and I personally am so excited. Ryan at our office has put a ton of work into this and it is just going to be fantastic. So ambassadors have always been such an important part of our business at make youe Mark and we want to reward all ambassadors and city ambassadors for that creating community. The ambassador family is always there for you with our strong family of ambassadors all over North America and we're building that community right now. It's going to be stronger and stronger by the end of the year. I can only imagine what's going to happen and the buzz that's going to go around and all the excitement that's going to go around, it's just going to be rocking. So give you we're also home office and make youe Mark. We'll give the support and direction to focus on referring the make youe Mark avatars to our events. That is all in all, the training that you as a city ambassador will give ambassadors and I'm always here for support. As we grow, I'll be getting a lot more off my plate so I can be in the cities more often and really take partnership with all the city ambassadors. We listened to the feedback in our recent survey and put the plans in action to give all ambassadors the Rewards that they truly wanted. So we're really excited about this. We just recently did our MYM success habits and we find when people have these habits it is the success way so functionality when people are always being on time with all people and things they're doing. Do what you say you are going to do when you say you are going to do it. Things like that active listening with asking questions to understand you as a city ambassador will be doing that a lot. Asking questions and listening to the ambassadors. Adaptability coupled with resiliency, express gratitude. I know all city ambassadors are huge on express gratitude goal obsessed. The more we as the city ambassadors, let's say can have your goal, have your goal set where that then you're able to support the ambassadors on their goal because you are focused on your goal and you can be a lot more supportive for them. You already know this MYM's core values. Our core values are community of trust. This whole ambassador program, I want to build that so strong this year. Respect the individual. Unconditional gratitude, commitment to excellence and everything we do open to possibilities because there's always so much possibilities and integrity. Now here's terms and conditions. All of this again will be emailed to you and at all of the live training we're going to have handouts of this at every live training because constantly we'll get new ambassadors and it doesn't matter when they start with this on the star program or as becoming an ambassador, they can still aim for some star and some rewards. So all of that will be we're going to get them professionally printed and we'll be sending them all out to everyone so you don't have to print them off your computer. Everything will be taken care of in that way. But here are some terms and conditions that we've got and I'll just go through them briefly. When earning stars you do not earn each reward category. So for instance, if you earn 30 stars, you do not automatically earn the rewards associated with star level 10, 15, 20 and so on. You can only redeem the 30 stars once you earn the right of redemption up to 30 stars, but not for each category. Once redeemed, your stars will reduce from the amount redeemed or you can save them throughout the whole entire year to see what you can get to. I believe most people will definitely do that. Why not aim for a Mexico trip? You must register all rewards by January 31st and Ryan in our office is going to create a big spreadsheet and it's going to be tracking everybody's Star Rewards. So we'll know exactly where everybody is. Another terms and conditions. You are only able to redeem each level of rewards only once. You cannot redeem more than one reward in each star category. To earn stars for the two hour Mastering your Business for Maximum Profit and Success event, your referral must attend the event anytime in 2018. However, you may begin referring guests starting right now, starting today. And then for the ambassadors, they'll know about this whole program tomorrow, December 21st. Now the bonus for city Ambassadors. This is where I need the drum roll. This is very cool. If ambassadors are gold to our business, the city Ambassadors are platinum to us at make youe Mark. You are the leaders of our ambassadors and to recognize you for the accountability you have towards our ambassadors, you will be rewarded. When ambassadors in your city, it has to be in your city. So when your ambassadors in your city redeem a cash reward from the Ambassador Star program, you will give. We will give you the same reward as well. You heard that, right. Thank you so much for all your hard work. Now explain this a little bit more detail in the next slide. This is how it's going to work. It's pretty simple. So when 10ambassadors in your city redeem 10 stars, we will give you the 10 star reward, which is $25 cash as well. When you have eight ambassadors in your city, redeem the 70 star rewards, which is $1,000 cash, we will give you the same $1,000 cash and a personal signed letter. When you have six ambassadors in your city, redeem the 90 star reward, which is $2,000 cash, we will give you the same. When you have four ambassadors in your city redeeming the 200 star reward, they will receive $300 cash and we will give you the same $3,000 cash and a personally signed letter. So really, what this is about is the more you support your ambassadors through this entire year with this program, the more you're going to be able to get extra bonuses. You know, add that up, that's 3,000, 2,000, 1,000 and then 25. So that's 3, 4, 5, 6. Over $6,000. Like, hey, why not? So we wanted to do that for you as a city ambassador, as a thank you. So you really want to start focusing on how you're going to achieve all and what you want to achieve. Terms and conditions. Just to give you an idea, we're going to go through all of this with all the ambassadors as well. But to give you city Ambassadors a head up, you are eligible to earn each reward associated with star levels 10, 70, 90 and 200 only once as a city ambassador. For instance, if 10ambassadors in your province or state redeemed the Reward associated with 10 stars, which is $25 cash, you cannot redeem this twice. Is basically what it's saying. You only earn rewards if all ambassadors redeeming the award are from your city. So if you referred somebody to another city and they're not in your city, then that's not going to count towards it. They need to be your ambassadors in your city. 3. Because we want to have fun and photograph and video. We've got this terms and conditions and I'll just read it out loud. I authorize make youe Mark to use my name, photograph, video, brief, biographic information. I hereby authorize make youe Mark to copy, publish, distribute to the claims rewards for purpose of publicity, make your mark programs and for any other lawful purpose. So in other words, you know when we take pictures that you've won $3,000 or the trip or whatever it is, we want to send that out on social media. The terms and conditions for number four, the Superstar program, which is the City Ambassador program are non transferable to other ambassadors. The stars are only to be redeemed by the ambassador who earned them, cannot be transferred or shared. You are allowed to reattend any courses if you get one of those to redeem for the stars if you choose to redeem that reward. So this is pretty exciting. We wanted to make it so simple. So have fun with this competition and puppy dog, you got this, that's for sure. So what I want to do now, I want to open it up and you can all unmute yourself and I want to open up to any questions and any anything like that that you may have now or you can type in chat if you have any. You may not because a lot of it's self explanatory. And then of course tomorrow when we go through all of this with the ambassadors, if you're going to be on that call, you're going to hear it again and then you're going to get all the PDFs sent to you. So you've got all the detail. You'll have two separate ones. One will be for you as a City Ambassador. So it'll go through the Superstar program for you as a City ambassador. So you can have that like on your fridge or in your office all the time so you can focus on it and how that one works. Then you will also have the Ambassador Star program that we will be able to share with all ambassadors. We'll be sending that out to the ambassadors as well, so they can have a detailed list. And at every live training, there will be some copies for any ambassadors that show up and we'll even have it at the live breakfast that we're doing for each city. So this is exciting. I am so thrilled for this and I trust you are as well. Okay. Any questions? I don't see any questions. So this is really pretty straightforward and exciting. I think this 2018, if you're not already feeling the buzz in the air, if you want to say, I really feel that this ambassador program is going to rock and roll and you as a city ambassador are really going to reap your rewards. You put the time in now and you're going to reap those rewards. And I am so excited because I know as we grow our numbers at Business Mastery, your commissions are only going to grow. Then your ambassadors are going to grow, which ultimately what will happen is more income. Oh, I'm glad you love it. Fantastic. Well, I love it, too. And I know as we go, I think we're going to fall deeply in love with this whole program and really support the MYM community. So I think that is pretty much it. I'll just give you a couple little simple, simple tips on how to be successful. Number one, have a plan. We all should know that through make youe Mark. Number two, communicate regularly with your ambassadors. We're going to make it simple and simpler as we evolve that it will be simple for you as a city ambassador to do that and stay focused on what you want to achieve. So I'm going to end this call now.
