Loneliness is one of the most challenging pieces in business. In fact, I think it breaks more business owners than cash or money ever will do. I've seen this. It's one of the most lonely places to be is in a business. Remember, one of the key things of leadership is you motivate and inspire sideways and down, and you can only complain up. When you're at the top, there's nowhere to complain to. Even your family doesn't understand. Your wife doesn't understand. Your husband doesn't understand. Whatever it might be, that loneliness space is something you gotta really understand, honor, because the minute you become more and more at peace with that, you'll make more money, you'll achieve more results in your business. It's a very lonely place. So when you think about this for yourself, think about it as one of the most important parts in your business is becoming super peaceful, super embracing of the loneliness it takes when you're at the top. The worst thing you can ever do, go find someone to partner with because you're lonely. Never partner with someone because you're lonely. That will not help you. It'll only probably create more challenges in your life than actually embracing who you are and becoming at peace with who you are at the top.
