Eric Edmeades built companies in wireless networking, Hollywood effects, and military simulation. He's spent years studying nutritional anthropology to crack sustained energy without supplements or extreme exercise, and he's coming to Vancouver to share what works for entrepreneurs who need to perform.
Hey, my name is Eric Edmeads, and I am really, really excited to be coming to see you in Vancouver. And I want to tell you why. My background really is about entrepreneurship. I've owned a number of different businesses in wireless networking, Hollywood special effects, military simulation and that kind of stuff. But my real passion for over 20 years has been about how to drive a ton of energy, how to be at a place where you sleep really well, where your health is on track, where your weight's where you want it to be, and really how to get to a place where you're really, really full of energy. And not through supplements and huge exercise regimes, but through really powerful information that we now know about nutritional anthropology and the psychology of food. So, you know, I've been working with Colin and I'm going to be working with him over the next three months, and we're going to get some really neat results and we're going to come share those with you and then share with you some really specific and easy strategies you can take to truly improve your health and massively increase the amount of energy you have. Now, this is a hard thing for some people to get. Like, what do you mean, more energy? And you won't really understand it, maybe until you've experienced it. But what I do want to tell you is that from a business perspective, the idea of being healthy all the time, not missing time off because your energy is down or you're sick, and being at a place where your mind is really working at its fullest and you're sleeping deeply, these things are key to success in entrepreneurship, and I'm really excited about coming to share them with you. So I'll see you there.
