Many founders hit a growth ceiling around $10 million because they lack the skills to scale to $100 million. The moment your business changes is when you start thinking like a CEO. Many business owners, when they start out, are doing everything in their business. When you decide to step into the CEO role and then build a team, build a culture, build everything strategically, that's when your business truly changes. And you'll get your team members on board so you can think about the big picture. You can think about strategy. Where's this company going? How do we grow this company? Who do we need on the team? That's when your business really changes. In fact, I'm gonna share something with you, but you might not think about. Maybe you are not the CEO. Maybe you are the person that, you know, is the person that's maybe the big thinker, but at the end of the day, you're not the one to take your company to $10 million, $20 million, $30 million, $50 million, $100 million. The best CEOs or the best founders of companies know where they fit in and what they're good at and what they're capable of doing. Be very careful to say, I'm a founder and I can take this from zero to $100 million. Most of the time, those companies fail at around $10 million because the founder is not the person that will take it to the next level. So when you understand to step into that CEO role, put the right person in place, that's when your business changes. I want you to think about that for yourself. If you're not that person, maybe you need to replace yourself with the right person who can help you get there.
