In this personal testimony, the speaker recounts a life‑threatening blood‑pressure episode (180/120) that forced a dramatic reassessment of his health and lifestyle. He describes how the crisis prompted intense research—identifying high sodium intake and arterial hardening as key contributors—and led him to shed weight, drastically cut back on 14‑hour workdays, and reduce stress. The experience is framed as a spiritual wake‑up call, with the speaker attributing the second chance to God and emphasizing personal responsibility. He concludes with a motivational appeal, urging listeners to examine their own habits, make necessary changes, and prioritize health to avoid similar crises.

My blood pressure hit 180 over 120, which is absolutely life critical. It's heart attack zone, it's stroke zone. And that changed my perspective. I released a whole bunch of weight. I started to study different things like crazy to figure out what was causing this. Sodium was one of the biggest causes in people's lives around artery reduction and hardening of the arteries. And you know what? But the biggest thing that came from it for me is was how emotional that was for me, because I suddenly had right in front of me the potential of suddenly leaving this planet or maybe having a life-altering experience where I no longer could walk. Again, or I would have to learn to walk again, or something like that. That was really devastating for me. It shifted my way I think about things in business, and I really think about things in a very different way now because I was very stressed at the time. I was working 14 hours a day doing so many crazy things. Guess what? I actually wound everything back, started doing things differently, woke up to do things differently because I was like, you know what, that was the wake-up call I needed. God gave it to me. If I'm not going to listen, then guess what? I deserve what I get. At the end of the day, I want you to maybe potentially wake up. Is there something you need to wake up and do differently today? Is there something that you need break up upon and go, you know what, if I keep on doing this and get the same result, it's a definition of insanity. It really was the biggest life-changing thing for me in the past 12 months, and I cannot thank the God for the opportunity here that I'm still on this planet to be able to serve and help other people go to that next level. So think about that for yourself. Where do things need to change in your life right now to take your health to the next level as well?
