Growth will change your relationships whether you are ready or not. As you grow your business, you'll start to realize your conversations change, your mindset changes, you know, the people you start to hang out with change, and you start to try and keep the relationships going that you've always had. Remember one thing, there's two kinds of people in the world, those that raise you up and those that mess you up. The challenging part, you'll outgrow people. I'm not going to say they're going to mess you up, but you'll grow so quickly and at the end of the day, You won't have the same conversations with them. You won't be able to have a discussion with them about where you're going. What you want to bring into your life are people that challenge you, that raise your game, that raise you up to getting the results and growing way beyond your results. I call those mentors. And those mentors, those family members, those friends, whatever it might be, will raise your game and take you to the next level. I implore you to go out and look for people that raise your game every single day. Business can be lonely, and the reason why it becomes lonely is because you outgrow so many of the people that were in your network to start off with. And when you outgrow them, you've just got to look for new people that take you to the next level, help you get there. And I'm going to ask you to do this in the next few days or so. Write down the people that you would love to meet that can help you grow your game, take you to the next level, and get you on that next trajectory. Because once you get there, you'll outgrow those people and you'll grow again. So you're forever changing your relationships to get the results that you're looking for.
