There's one specific person I should have hired 5 years ago and waited, and what it cost me was a fortune. One of the things I want you to think about is what expertise do you need in your business right now? At that time, I was looking for somebody who was an expert in the direct sales and multi-level marketing industry. I didn't hire them. I thought I could do it all by myself, thinking like, I can read books, I can watch videos, I can do a whole bunch of stuff, yet all I need to do is go hire a coach from the multilevel marketing industry who could coach me on how to build a proper multilevel marketing compensation plan, structure, everything else. That cost me a fortune in that business. I spent 5 years bashing my head against the wall. Yes, I learned a lot. I kept on learning, growing, doing the things I needed to do. But you know, I could have got there a lot quicker. I'm a big fan of hiring coaches, mentors, people out there that can get you from point A to point B as quickly as possible with the least amount of financial and emotional strain. And a lot of people hold back from doing that. And guess what? It only costs you so massively down the line. If I had hired that multi-level marketing coach 5 years earlier, my business would have been in a completely different place, would have been in a completely different structure, and I would have actually taken that business to a whole new level. There are people out there that know a lot more than you do about the industry that you're in. Don't be stubborn. Don't be pigheaded. Learn from those who've done it already so you can get from point A to point B the quickest. You might think it's a big investment to do that. It's actually cost you a lot more when you don't invest in those people that can take you there a lot quicker.
