Having worked alongside Tony Robbins, Sir Richard Branson, Jack Canfield, Dan Locke. The thing that inspires change the most, and this is probably something most people don't think about, is the art of listening. You know, those people are very successful for a reason and they are great mentors. But most people think they can take what those people have done and make it better. One of my favorite things when I had J.J. virgin on one of my radio shows, J.J. virgin said to me, Colin, the one thing I wish I'd learned sooner was to take the advice from great mentors and, and not try and improve it, actually do it exactly the way they say to do it and then follow through on it. I've given a lot of advice to people over the years and guess what? Many have gone and crushed it. But there's other people, decades later still doing the same thing, wondering why it's not working for them.
