Hello, my name is Jose and I've been a goldsmith for the past 35 years. And I take a lot of pride in what I do. And we do everything possible to make your dreams come true. And we start out right over here in the design consultation center by creating a design for you. Whether it's something that you have in your mind or something you've seen or something in heirloom that you would like to create for you and your family for the future, we can do that for you. And then what we do is we go into our goldsmith studios and that's where we actually start creating the works. And we melt our own gold, we do our own stone setting and everything. So let's go in there and check it out.
Here we are, we're in the middle of the heartthrob of our, of our operation. This is where we actually create everything. My goldsmith actually sits over here. We have four benches for the goldsmiths and we have one of the most advanced workshops in B.C. by the way. And I really take a lot of pride in that. And you know, we just love working here, creating things. To my right over here is the casting lab and this is where we do our making of the world and forming it into the beautiful pieces that you are going to be ending up wearing. And it's a lot of fun. I have a fantastic team of goldsmiths that help me out over here and I feel really great about everything.
So you folks, you've seen the workshop and I know you're going to be very comfortable with leaving your pieces here because you know it's not going to be going away anywhere else. And we do the work right here on the premises. So that's the big advantage that we have. Just to share with you a moment, just in the past couple of days we've had a couple of people actually pick up their custom made pieces. And they were just so thrilled they had tears running around their faces. One of them was a lady that was given a pendant from her grandmother and she had gone to several different jewelers and they all said, no, we cannot touch it. We converted that to a ring for her. She could not believe what we had done. And this is the kind of work that we do. We, we want to be your jeweler for the rest of your life. And for your children's life, so thank you again.
