There was a period in my life where every police siren that I heard got me into a complete panic attack and really stressed my nervous system. Here's what happened. You know, one of the things, busy exiting a business and the people sued me for $1.2 million US dollars and that really, really impacted me. It got me so stressed out and lie in bed at night and, you know, my wife would say to me, why are you getting so panicked? And I'd be like, well, I can hear police sirens. I think they're coming for me. That first lawsuit that I ever went through decades ago was one of the most challenging times of my life. In In fact, I still have emotional anxiety sometimes because of it. So, you know, one thing that entrepreneurship does do for you, it teaches you how to be strong in business, but it also tests your emotional anxiety and it tests your emotions on a daily basis.
