A recorded coaching session by Colin Sprake titled "Mastering Your Business for Maximum PROFIT & SUCCESS." Sprake presents five "toxic ingredients" that block business growth and stresses the importance of mindset, having a clear vision, prioritizing sales/marketing over day-to-day operations, identifying an ideal customer, and building relationships ("people buy people"). The video mixes lecture-style teaching with attendee testimonials praising the actionable steps and networking advice, and closes with a direct challenge to the viewer to commit to change.
My name is Colin Sprake. This evening is all about mastering your business for maximum profit and success. Tonight I'm going to go through the five toxic ingredients that are stopping you from achieving what you want to achieve in your business.
He talked to a lot of my pains, you know, growing my business for first and second year.
It's amazing how five easy steps can fill up two pages of notes of valuable information that you cannot miss.
It doesn't matter what size your business is, big or small, you need a vision for your business.
I just had an opportunity to listen to Colin speak to a group of us for the last two hours to really give incredibly important tools in order for us to be able to have success not only in your life, but in our business. From a soulful perspective.
People buy people, they don't buy products and services. Relationships in your business are the most important thing. When my clients become friends, I know I've done a good job.
Tonight was really high impact information because it was very specific to working on what makes networking most effective for actually being able to generate income.
Mindset's the most powerful thing. How many believe you can build a million dollar business in 12 months?
I just attended Collins make youe Mark event evening and it was awesome. Number one thing by far was having to make that shift from the operations into the sales and market and putting more of your time into that as opposed to just trying to work in your business, working on your business.
Figure out who is your ideal customer and go find more of them. It's seven times more difficult to bring this person in and buy from you than it is to get this person to buy from you again. How many of you want to make your life seven times easier?
I've learned so much from this evening. Tonight, it's basically a stepping stone and a manual for what you need to grow your business. I recommend this to anybody out there looking to bring their business to the next level.
Just do it. Just do it. Make it happen.
But here's my question to you. Are you prepared to do what it takes?
