Chapters
Building great franchise systems always makes me laugh because what I've seen with so many people that come on board with us is that, you know, you create the system. We even have a hashtag within our company, hashtag ftfs, which stands for follow the freaking system. And you know what? People come on board, they have these behaviors and they why are you trying to fix something that's not broken? Follow the system. It's designed for you. That's why you buy a franchise. Otherwise, go and slap a logo on a truck and drive around and do what you need to do. You buy a franchise because it's a system. It's rails to run on, it's guides to keep you going, to keep you and actually to get you to the goal far quicker than you thought you could. But here's the thing, most of them decide that following the system, they interpret it in their own way and that becomes chaotic. There's no interpretation required. It's just follow the system, get the rewards that you want and get the lifestyle that you're looking for.
