In this motivational monologue, the speaker shares a decades‑long Sunday ritual that structures his entire week. Each Sunday he spends 60‑90 minutes reviewing his calendar, then creates a "wealth creation" to‑do list for each of his companies, alongside a five‑item, heart‑centered "to‑be" list that defines the personal qualities he wants to embody that week. He scans the sent‑mail folders of all his businesses to capture any follow‑up items, prioritizes the combined list, and adds personal well‑being activities. The purpose of the habit is to stay organized, honor commitments to others and himself, and embed intentional habits that prevent the chaotic "noise" of unplanned life from dictating behavior. The speaker emphasizes that consistent rituals shape habits, which in turn shape success.

There is one specific habit I do every single Sunday and have done it for decades, and I want to share it with you. The one thing I do every Sunday is I spend at least an hour to maybe an hour and a half planning out my week. I look at my calendar of what's coming up for the week. I then look at everything I need to get done in all the different companies that we have, and I get really planned out of what must be done throughout the week. So I write down in each company what needs to be done, like a to-do list. I actually call it my wealth creation list, but my whole process is quite unique. I first write down what I want to be for the week. So not just to-do list, but a to-be list. And it's only 5 things, really heart-connected, heart-centered to-bes. Then I write down my to-do list for each of the companies. And then I also, as I go through my to-do list, I actually go through my emails, my sent box of all the different companies for the past week. And I look at all the emails I sent to remind me of maybe what needs to be followed up on so I don't miss any single thing that I did for the week. And I get that all planned out. And then I prioritize that entire list. And I do this every single Sunday to get myself super well organized for the week so that I can honor the agreement commitments I've made, the promises that I've made, and not just to other people, but to myself as well. And inside of that, I also put in my personal well-being, the things I want to do for the week that keep me in line with where I want to be for the week. I hope this helps you because I do it every single Sunday. It's something that's really meaningful to me because your rituals create your habits. And if you don't create really good habits, the noise will create the habits for you. And guess what? You don't want to live in noise all the time because that's not comfortable.
