What it means to be a real entrepreneur, and what I mean by the word real is transparent and honest with yourself and with other people. One of the things that really impacted me the most through my journey as an entrepreneur is I've suffered from severe anxiety. I only started telling people about this about 10 years ago, and people said to me, how do you even do it? I can tell you one thing, I would go to networking events. In fact, I'd hate going to networking events. Still to this day, it's not my favorite thing in the world is to go networking with people I don't know. I get extreme anxiety. I go there and then all of a sudden something clicks inside of me. I'll shake hands and I just fight through it because I have to fight through it in order to get the businesses where I've got them today. So I want you to think about this for yourself. Sometimes you've just got to do what it takes and fight through things. Anxiety could have been my biggest hindrance in getting myself to the level of success I've had in all different businesses. But I want you to think about this for you. What's holding you back? What do you need to push through? What do you need to suck it up and go do it? Because guess what? I know sales is what builds a business. Networking is what builds a business. Even if you don't like it, I don't care. You've got to do the the things you don't like. I've suffered with severe anxiety for a long time, and I just suck it up, go and do what I need to do to get my businesses to the next level. So I'm asking you today, what are you going to do to drive yourself forward, to suck it up and just do what you need to do to get your business to that next level?
