I think the reason why people settle for less than they're capable of is a multitude of reasons. I think the biggest reason for me is why they settle is that they just don't do the work. You know, for me it takes a lot of work to be successful. In fact, you hear these stories, oh, Justin Bieber was an overnight success story. That kid started when he was 4 years old and practiced like crazy until he was 16 and then he went and crushed it. It took him over 10 years. And a lot of people don't realize this, that you've got to do the work. And most people won't put the work in. I got on the plane one day and I always get on planes and I'm flying. I say put a person next to me, that's going to teach me something. I get on and it's like a 21 year old girl. I'm like, what's she going to teach me? Being arrogant. She said to me, Colin, one of my professors at university said to me, life is like standing on a table. Yo, there's two people down below, one person attempting. You pull you off the table and you're trying to pull the other person up onto the table. Guess who most often wins? The one attempting to pull you off. It's your job to make sure that you are raising two people onto the table all the time so that you get to that next level. That's what life is about. Your life is to raise other people up. If you spending your life putting other people down and judging other people, you'll probably never get, you want to get to because what you sow is what you reap in every aspect of your life.
