What separates a successful franchisee from one that say not so successful or that takes a lot longer to get going is a person that has hunger and has hustle. They come on board and they're ready to follow our system, and they follow that system verbatim. I look at our franchisee in St. Louis, a husband and wife team, Nikki and Dan. They came on board. We said to them, in a launch, on a certain date, they probably launched four weeks prior to that. They were out there, they were hustling, getting the work done, what have you. Like, they think outside of the box. They take the system, yes, as I say, follow the system. But at the same time, they're like taking and following the system and putting on steroids, doing more than they have to do. So when they were in their fourth month, they were already profitable. They were already doing six figures in a business four months in. That's the difference between people who really take the bull by the horns and run with things compared to other people. I'll just do it exactly the way you say and not really think outside of the box, but not really take initiative to move themselves to the next level. It's all about how badly do you want it? And you've got to do the things you know. The definition of success, it's waking up every single day doing the stuff you have to do, whether you feel like doing it or not.
