The reason why business owners fail in their first 2 years is not because of bad ideas. In fact, it's something very fixable as long as you catch it early enough, especially within your first 2 years. There's 3 key things to really manage and make sure you get under control. Number 1, most business owners aren't really good at sales. Number 2, they are not good at cash flow management. And number 3, they haven't put processes and systems in place to really help them. And guess what? Cash comes into the business. They don't even have cash discipline because there's no system. And guess what? The cash flows out and they, within in time, that becomes really challenging, and eventually they go out of business. I want you to really understand this for your business. Are you making the sales you need to be making? Are you out there every single day? Are you putting in place really good cash flow discipline, but also cash flow systems, and then systems overall to managing your business? I really trust that you are doing this to help your business get ahead so you get the results that you're looking for. Make sure you're doing all three of those. If not, go check them out after this video and make sure you put them into place, because the most important thing is when you've got those three things, there's a high likelihood you'll get through your first 2 years. If you don't, then you're living on a hope and a prayer.
