A brief first-person testimonial from Wim Kerkhoff (owner of Kirchhoff Technologies, Chilliwack) describing his positive experience with the CAPA/KAP-IT peer group. He says the program helped him improve marketing, better understand client perspectives, address sales/cash-flow and employee challenges, and grow his business; he highly recommends CAPA to business owners committed to growth.
Hi, I'm Wim Kirkhoff, owner of Kirchhoff Technologies in Chilliwack. We work with businesses with 10 or more computers with their information technology. I've been in capit for almost two years in January. It's been super useful for my business. It's been great to work with other business owners who have similar challenges around sales and cash flow and growing their business, working with employees. I find it useful to get a perspective of what my clients think when they purchase my product. And you've got to be able to convince your clients. And if I can't convince my peer members, then I can't convince clients either. So that's been super useful to improve the marketing, the way we view our product and ourselves, and improve that process. So I highly recommend CAPA to anyone who's committed to growing their business and improving themselves and their business.
