Motivation is one of the most overrated forces in business. When I see people come out of the gates fully motivated, super excited about their business, and they are running, they run like crazy, maybe for a month, maybe for 2 months, maybe for 3 months. And all of a sudden, things start to slow down. They stop doing the stuff that they're meant to have done. Here's the reason why. Motivation is temporary. Motivation gets you going quickly, but what keeps you on track and keeps you going in the right direction is putting the right systems in place, being clear on where they're going, and staying true to their vision. If that's you and your motivation has died, you need to look at really what you're doing in your business. Go back to the habits that you had when you first came out of the gate. Remember, motivation is temporary, inspiration is permanent. I want you to think about what are you gonna do to take your company to the next level? Get back on track with the habits that you should have been doing because if you don't get back on track with that, you'll keep on jumping from business to business. Motivation is helpful, but what you wanna be is inspired and stay devoted to your vivid vision whether you like it or not, whether you got the right mood every day, It doesn't matter. You wake up and you do what you need to do to get your business to that next level and fulfill the vision that you created.
