In this introductory video, the instructor presents a four‑week, mantra‑based meditation program that he learned while living in the Himalayas. He explains that the technique, which uses a Sanskrit mantra, is designed to calm the nervous system, increase clarity, foster adaptability, and shift the practitioner’s identity from being mind‑identified to recognizing a higher, pure awareness. The speaker argues that a mantra is more effective than breath awareness because it withdraws the senses completely and leverages the mind’s natural tendency to repeat. The course consists of four pre‑recorded instruction and practice sessions, a community forum for peer support, and optional one‑on‑one sessions to receive a personalized, astrology‑based mantra. He recommends following the four‑week pace to establish a habit, provides URLs (cosmic.diamonds/meditation and collective.cosmic.diamonds) for enrollment and a preview, and invites viewers to join the program to gain mastery over their thoughts and experience greater fulfillment.

In this course, I'm going to share with you step by step over the course of 4 weeks the most powerful yet simple and accessible meditation technique that I've encountered in my 20 years of meditating. This is a technique that I learned while I was traveling and living in India in the Himalayas, and I think you're going to love it. The benefits of this meditation technique include feeling calmer and having a more stable nervous system, Increased clarity and focus, a certain kind of adaptability and a sort of responsibility, an ability to respond to life in a more graceful way. What we're doing here is we're learning to master our mind. So we're becoming friendly with our mind, and we're making friends with our mind in a way that we're starting to move our attention back towards the place where thoughts come from. And through that process, we're able to choose our thoughts instead of being at the mercy of our thoughts. We're also learning to tap into the power of the infinite field of silence that we're accessing, and through the process of dropping our intentions into that field, we're able to manifest things and to experience greater fulfillment, joy, and our inherent bliss nature. In meditation, we are shifting our identity from one with the mind To identifying with our higher self, our pure awareness, our unity consciousness. And by doing that, not only do we master our mind, but we start to come into a different relationship with ourselves and with reality. And we start to see things more clearly. We start to be more responsive and less reactive. By having the direct experience of silence, we can move into a state of wholeness integration and deep unity. We will use a mantra-based technique because I have found that to be the most powerful, but also the simplest technique for meditation. And that's because we're taking advantage of the nature of the mind, which is that it's sort of wired to repeat. And we're giving it a special kind of thought that it can repeat. And by doing that, we're inviting the mind to take us deeper. And so we're giving the mind a Sanskrit mantra, actually. And the reason for that is that Sanskrit is a language that has unity consciousness embedded inside of it. And so this is going to naturally take us into a deep state of meditation over time, you know, in a consistent practice. And I find that a mantra-based technique is preferable to, let's say, breath awareness, because in meditation, as the ancient yoga texts talk about, we want to withdraw the senses completely. We want to go inwards without being tethered to any external stimuli. And with breath awareness, we're still tethered to an awareness of a bodily function. So with mantra-based technique, we're going inwards, and it's taking us all the way through the entire journey of meditation. In the course, we will Go through 4 instruction and practice sessions where I will break down the technique step by step. As part of the course, you're going to have access to a community of other people who are also learning to meditate, and so that'll be another powerful way of establishing consistency and getting support. You know, I'll be in there checking in, but you can get support from other people as well. And I'll be sharing some very powerful Meditation mantras with everyone in the course, but then optionally you can also schedule with me a private one-on-one session to receive a personal mantra that's based on your astrology, among other things. And those can be scheduled through a link in the course. But if you don't receive a personal mantra from me, the mantras we're using are great for the first 6 months to a year, and you can always come back later and get a mantra from me later. The course is pre-recorded, so you could go at a faster pace than 4, 4 weeks, but I recommend sticking to that pace roughly, because it, it's a great way of letting the different pieces of the practice integrate and then establishing the meditation as a habit. They say it takes 30 days to establish a new habit, so I recommend sticking to the 4-week course if you can. You can learn more about the course at cosmic.diamonds/meditation, or you can follow the link below. And if you're not ready to buy, you can get a little preview and check out the contents of the course at collective.cosmic.diamonds. Meditation is the most important and nurturing thing you can do for yourself and for others in your life. When you meditate, you become the best version of yourself. So if you're tired of being at the mercy of your thoughts, join me in the course. It only takes a month to develop this essential habit that will completely transform your life if you let it. I'll see you in the course.
