Don’t assume leverage is always necessary.

Stop falling for oil deals that scream 10x.

If you need $5,000 every month, no matter what, oil may not be your lane.

Don’t let fear stop you, let it sharpen you.

Don’t assume a deduction means it’s low risk.

Don’t rely on real estate to protect you from inflation.

Never assume one asset fits every goal.

Don’t chase asset classes. Chase alignment.

Don’t fool yourself, you don’t have control.

Never trust someone who isn’t scared to lose your money

Don’t get caught in the multifamily hype.
